I liked the fact that the hotel was located within a short distance from the city center. The staff was friendly and approachable, making me feel welcome during my stay. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were nice perks as well.

The room was not up to my standards of cleanliness. The shower had mildew and the towels had stains.

Great New Year’s celebration with fantastic firework display. The staff did an excellent job in coordinating the event, and the atmosphere was great. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wider variety of dishes. The camel rides in the desert were unforgettable, and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The pool was not heated, making it quite cold to enjoy in the winter season. , the Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to connect and use the internet in some areas of the hotel.

Symposium arrangements were excellent - fast internet, smooth transfers, and delicious food. Comfy beds and a young, dynamic team with a clear vision.
